CHULA VISTA PAINTING CO. was founded in 1973 by Luis R Delgado Senior, who shared a passion to start a home painting company in San Diego. Luis R Delgado Jr. continues to help the company grow, and is dedicated to providing the highest-quality products available today! We strive to meet everyone of our clients needs and wants.
